Salary: £24,242.40 - £26,440 per annum
Are you ready for a fulling administration role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others? An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Administrator based within our West Cumbria RSC (Recovery Steps Cumbria) Team.
About the role
You will be working as part of our West Cumbria RSC Team. The team is a multi-disciplinary recovery team comprising of colleagues from diverse professional and personal backgrounds.
The team includes Recovery Coordinators, HOPE Workers, Medics, Housing and Criminal Justice workers, Individual Placement Specialists and Volunteers. We are a supportive and welcoming team, who are passionate about supporting and promoting recovery for those we care for and within our local community.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Reception and front of house duties
Managing the switchboard and associated duties
Maintaining accurate records
Data inputting
Managing service email accounts
Liaising with external agencies
Clinical administration duties, including prescription administration management
Providing administration support to wider Recovery Steps Cumbria Team
Organising staff diaries and clinics
Please note we are open to part time/job share opportunities.

The salary advertised above demonstrates the full earning potential for this role, starting salaries will allow for pay progression within the pay band
