About The Role
This is a structured 12-18 month development programme designed to give you comprehensive insight and practical experience across all areas of a successful food and beverage business.
You will work hands-on in all operational food and beverage departments, including Clocktower Brasserie, Horto Restaurant, and our Meeting and Events department. You will be fully immersed in the culture and business of Rudding Park and gain industry experience from the ground up.
You will receive one-to-one mentoring with regular feedback and participate in monthly graduate trainee team meetings.
Completion of department objectives and a practical assignment aligned with your Food and Beverage placement will be required.
Throughout the year, all graduate food and beverage trainees will be invited to attend relevant training courses.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete all departmental objectives to the required Rudding Park standard.
* Take a proactive, hands-on approach to all tasks, setting an example for other team members.
* Participate actively in all training courses attended.
* Demonstrate Rudding Park's core values.
* Manage your time effectively and communicate professionally with all Heads of Department.
About You
Show passion and enthusiasm for hospitality.
Must hold a UK/EU passport and/or be eligible to work in the UK.
Previous experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role is preferred but not essential. This programme can be tailored to your current level of experience, passion, and willingness to take on responsibility.
Minimum requirement: A Levels or equivalent (e.g., Higher Education Qualification).
