Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment business, are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This role is perfect for a diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment, and who is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes to deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Group Monthly Management accounts. Preparation of reporting packs for Senior Management Team and Executive Board. Oversee month-end balance sheet reconciliations and control checks. Business partnering with other departments and global sales teams. Processing monthly payroll and year-end payroll tasks in the UK, US, and APAC regions. Leading UK and oversees audits. Managing 1 direct report. Requirements: Experience in preparing management accounts, management information reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll. Excellent Excel skills, including building models, creating reports, and managing large amounts of data. Initiative and proactive mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in managing junior staff. Recruitment experience is desirable.
