We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build experiences and services for our business customers as we focus on developing the Ring Business Experience aimed at delivering value for SMBs. You will create solutions that address the security and operational needs of our business clients. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, technical expertise, and strong business acumen to enhance device experiences and improve performance.
Key job responsibilities
1. Organize pre-launch product testing (trials);
2. Conduct customer research, expert interviews, and competitor analysis to identify pain points and gaps;
3. Develop mechanisms to collect customer feedback and translate these insights into a product roadmap;
4. Identify product opportunities to better serve SMB customers, assess effort and opportunity, and prepare PRFAQs and BRDs;
5. Collaborate with US Product and Engineering teams to define the SMB product roadmap for international markets and oversee development through to launch;
6. Provide reporting for SMB performance: deliver weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR & QBR) to measure progress and inform strategy optimization.

Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with feature delivery and managing trade-offs
* Ability to contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy
* Experience advocating for stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
* Background in technical product management, program management, or engineering
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery
* Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight
* Experience in building and promoting adoption of new tools
