Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a busy finance environment? We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a supportive team for a 6-month temporary role. This is a great opportunity to build your experience and contribute to the smooth running of the financial operations - with the flexibility of hybrid working.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll:
* Accurately process supplier invoices using our finance systems
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
* Communicate with suppliers to manage outstanding payments
* Provide professional and helpful support to colleagues and external partners
* Prepare clear and accurate assessments and recommendations
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and procedures
* Keep service quality and stakeholder impact front of mind
