We offer a comprehensive range of engineering and design services to a diverse client base. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation design for contaminated land and brownfield redevelopment projects.\n\nDevelop and manage Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including planning, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.\n\nSupervise ground investigations and environmental sampling, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.\n\nInterpret geotechnical and environmental data to assess site conditions and environmental risks.\n\nDesign and oversee the implementation of remediation strategies and validation plans.\n\nLiaise with regulators, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nMentor junior engineers and scientists, providing guidance on technical and professional development.\n\nManage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.\n\nPrepare and review technical reports, proposals, and contract documentation.\n\nStay updated with emerging environmental regulations, industry standards, and best practices.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related field.\n\nChartered status (CEng, CGeol, or equivalent) preferred.\n\nMinimum of 8–10 years of experience in geo-environmental engineering, including contaminated land assessment and remediation.\n\nStrong knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act, CLR11, BS 10175).\n\nProficiency in risk assessment models (e.g., CLEA, P20, SNIFFER).\n\nExperience with geotechnical design and ground engineering software is advantageous.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nExcellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nValid UK driving license (if applicable).\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\n\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement.\n\nFlexible working arrangements.\n\nA collaborative and supportive team environment.\n\nInvolvement in high-profile and technically challenging projects
