The role As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of field-based sales professionals, ensuring they have clarity of goals, the right resources and the motivation to consistently exceed targets. You will act as a senior commercial presence in your region, nurturing key accounts and KOL relationships across pharmacy, retail and medical settings. You will work closely with marketing and account teams to bring strategy to life locally, translating national objectives into impactful regional plans.
