We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and well-rounded Head Chef to join our team at Brook View, near West Moors in Ferndown, Dorset.
Main Responsibilities
1. Prepare a variety of home-cooked meals from local fresh produce, including a selection of fresh cakes.
2. Provide tasty, nutritionally balanced meals across various mealtimes.
3. Seek feedback from residents to improve meal offerings.
4. Lead the kitchen and waiting staff, demonstrating leadership and creativity.
5. Showcase your culinary skills at community events held in the home.

About You
You will have a genuine passion for creating an exceptional dining experience for residents, with excellent communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a sense of fun. You should understand residents' needs and be able to lead them through an exciting food journey, building lasting relationships.
You must be qualified with City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ Level 3 in Catering / Cookery and have previous experience in a similar role.
