Working within the planned works team, you will play an integral part in delivering PPM to social housing stock across the Buxton and wider area.

Description
* Oversee daily operations to support the successful delivery of PPM.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project timelines and budgets.
* Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
* Identify and address risks or issues to minimise disruptions.
* Coordinate resources and materials to meet project requirements efficiently.
* Facilitate communication across departments to enhance collaboration and project performance.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
* Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth operations and streamlined customer experiences.
Profile
* Experience of PPM and Planned works within social housing
* Qualification within construction, ideally surveying related
Job Offer
* Hourly rate of up to circa £35ph UMBR, DOE
* Possible extension and long term employment
