Job Description
The Key Responsibiliteis of the Quality Engineer II:
1. Develop and execute quality plans that align with project schedules and contract requirements.
2. Interpret and apply blueprints, drawings, and mil-specs to ensure compliance with government and customer standards.
3. Monitor and manage Non-Conformance (NC) reports and Material Review Board (MRB) activities to meet key milestones.
4. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve production issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership on quality concerns and supporting First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
6. Serve as a critical liaison between MRB and management, presenting quality metrics to ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The Successful Applicant
The Sucessful Quality Engineer II Applicant will have:
7. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field.
8. 3-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance or quality engineering.
9. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
10. Ability to interpret complex technical documents and government/military specifications.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and accountable mindset.
12. A team player attitude with passion for driving quality and continuous improvement.
