Sous Chef required for this busy Country pub located close to Kettering serving delicious well thought out pub food.

Using local suppliers where possible, the Head Chef has created a popular menu of tasty creative pub food with seasonally changing menus and specials.

Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organise daily prep between the team and cooking during service.

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Kettering, Market Harborough or possibly Corby area.


Benefits

* Base Salary from £35,000 (depending upon experience)
* Share of generous Tips (approximately a further £500 per month)
* Meals on Duty
