Overview
We are looking for a talented Event Assistant to work for our client in Northampton. They want to recruit someone with background of previous experience in the field. If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for, even if youve got limited experience.
Responsibilities
* As the Event Assistant youll report to the Event manager and will need to work well in a team, under pressure and in a new environment, in different venues in Northampton.
* Provide administrative, organisational, and logistical support to an event planner or event coordinator.
* Assist with creative decisions.
* Help set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion.
* The standard working hours for this position are 7/8 hour shifts.
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate for this Event Assistant role will have relevant background of previous experience in the field.
* You\ll also need experience of the ability to work calmly under pressure as well as good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
* An excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
* Eager to contribute new ideas.
