We are looking for a passionate Secondary Teacher to join a secondary school in Whitby. This role is part of a Trust-led project and will involve ad hoc teaching days throughout the academic year.
We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators who are enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
* Support students' academic and personal development through individualised instruction and guidance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching at the secondary level
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
