IT Support Analyst Role Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide exceptional end-user support and be the go-to for troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective technical support to staff members.
* Diagnostics and resolve IT issues within agreed SLAs.
* Collaborate on exciting technical projects, maintain infrastructure, and support Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, and more).
* Champion cybersecurity, contribute to ISO 27001 compliance, and support business continuity efforts.
* Coach and guide juniors to success while driving innovation in IT processes.
* Be comfortable working on Service Desk and dealing with tickets and process to a timely manner.
About You:
* You bring 4+ years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
* You're a proactive, organised communicator who loves working with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is a big plus.
* SQL, Endpoint and ServiceNow experience is a bonus.
* Network and infrastructure exposure is also a bonus.
