Overview
As a Trainee Property Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff, you will receive extensive training and the opportunity for career progression within the property management field.
Responsibilities
* Booking and conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
* Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
* Deposit returns
* Resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing complaints
* Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

* £26,700 OTE per year with uncapped commission
* Full-time hours: 8:30am–6:00pm on weekdays, and 9:00am–5:00pm one in four Saturdays

Driving requirements
* You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
* Full access to your own vehicle for work purposes
