Payroll Services Manager

Are you a payroll professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Payroll Services Manager to lead our Payroll Services Team in delivering a high-quality, accurate, and compliant payroll experience for our colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
1. Lead and coordinate payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
2. Provide expert guidance on payroll matters to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Champion continuous improvement and innovation in payroll processes.
4. Support and develop team members, promoting professional growth and CPD.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and internal policies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, IT, and external partners.
What we’re looking for
7. Proven experience managing payroll in a busy office environment.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
9. Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
10. Proficiency in payroll systems (SAP ECC preferred) and Microsoft Office.
11. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Desirable Qualifications
13. CIPP Payroll Technician (preferred but not essential)
14. Experience with SAP payroll solutions
