What we need from you:
* Previous experience in a management role working at a restaurant with a rosette (essential)
* Strong leadership skills, experience managing a small team
* You will be a natural people person with strong communication skills
* Organised, proactive and able to keep calm under pressure
* A passion for food, drink and customer service
* Be a team player and keen to learn more
* Must be able to drive or live in the area
What the role involves:
* Oversee daily operations during service across the bar and restaurant
* Attend weekly meetings with management team
* Lead, train and manage front of house staff
* Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high service standards
* Manage rotas, stock, and ordering
* Monitor financial performance, costs, and targets
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year, plus TRONC and tips.
Hours: Working 50-55 hours per week Wednesday to Sunday. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
