Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with our Pharmacy Technician to support the safe and efficient management of prescriptions, helping to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
If you are enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment and share our values of integrity, quality, respect, and wellbeing, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a new challenge and the chance to make a real difference in patient care.
About Our Practice
Our practice has proudly served the people of Fishponds and the surrounding areas for over 100 years. Founded by Dr Claude Bernard in a Victorian house at 564 Fishponds Road, the practice was later taken over by his son Cyril, who guided it through the war years and the establishment of the NHS in 1948.
Today, we are a stable and well-established practice with a dedicated and experienced team. Our team includes 5 partners, 5 salaried doctors, practice nurses, health care assistants, urgent care practitioners, and a pharmacy team, all supported by a large team of care coordinators and a supportive management team.
We embrace innovation and technology to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and manage workloads effectively. Regular clinical meetings foster collaboration, supported by a friendly and approachable team culture.
We are proud to be a training practice, teaching medical students from Year 1 to 5, which contributes to a vibrant and positive atmosphere in the surgery. As part of a successful Primary Care Network (PCN), we enjoy the benefits of collaborative working, sharing ideas, and continuous improvement.
With strong administrative processes and a consistent record as a high QOF achiever, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of care to our patients.
