About the role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for both new and used vehicles. Your responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, coaching team members to improve performance, managing customer processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, support sales and finance procedures, and enforce FCA compliance—all with a focus on maximising profitability and team efficiency.
