The area primarily covers central England and Wales. If you’re an experienced service leader who thrives on developing people, improving performance, and driving commercial growth, this is a role with real influence, autonomy, and long‑term progression. The Opportunity You’ll lead a team of Field Service Engineers delivering maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and contract support for heavy material handling equipment used in demanding industrial and port environments. You will be field-based, with regular visits to our UK HQ in the Midlands. Your focus will be to: * Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing regional service team * Drive service sales growth across digital solutions, upgrades, refurbishments, and contracts * Ensure service delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and safe working practices * Manage regional performance, costs, planning, and resource allocation * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams * Support wider business strategy and translate it into regional action * Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape the region’s performance and play a key part in the UK service operation.
