• Maternity cover - starting end of November (ideally).
• Manage a small team and work closely with the Chief Talent Officer (CTO).
• Total office headcount: 400 - all under one roof in the City.
• Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH.
Our client, a City law firm, is looking for an interim Head of HR to cover a maternity leave, for 12 months.
With around 400 people all under one roof, the firm is big enough to have a real presence, yet small enough for you to build strong relationships and be recognised for your contribution. You’ll lead a small, highly regarded HR Team, reporting directly to the CTO.
