We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor. This is a pure service and maintenance role working across commercial contracts throughout London (within the M25) and Kent.
Package:
* Up to £45,000 basic salary
* Full door-to-door pay
* Overtime paid at time and a half
* 28 days holiday + additional 3 paid days over Christmas shutdown
* Permanent full-time position
* Company vehicle and tools provided
Role Overview:
* Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems
* Working on VRV, VRF, split and multi-split systems
* Attending reactive breakdowns and scheduled PPM visits
* Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
* Completing service reports and compliance documentation
* Maintaining high health & safety standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning Service Engineer
* Strong experience with VRV and VRF systems
* Confident with fault finding and diagnostics
* Commercial service experience essential
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional and customer-focused approach
