As a locally owned, Joint Venture Partner (JVP) practice, we have the freedom to shape our clinic culture and we've chosen kindness, support and clinical excellence. Our loyal clients bring us a varied case load, and our practice is kitted out with the essentials: multiparameter, digital x-ray, in house lab, ultrasound, drip pumps, separate dog/cat/isolation wards and a designated theatre. You'll be joining two experienced vets, an amazing nursing team (including FT Head RVN, two more FT RVN's and a PT Qualified VCA) plus our fantastic Client Care Advisors (CCA's) and a lovely practice manager. In addition, we have a great relationship with our Business Development Partner (BDM) and Veterinary Development Manager (VDM) who are always on hand for support and guidance. We'd love to find someone with 2 years' experience, who enjoys first opinion practice, values a high standard of compassionate care and communicates with warmth and clarity. The role: Ideally 4 days per week (8:30am-7:00pm) with 3 days off Protected lunch break No weekends (unless covering sickness or holidays) No OOHs (Vets Now Dundee has that covered) 100% small animal with some exotics First opinion consults, medicine and surgery Dedicated admin time for calls, labs and sanity! Benefits: Competitive salary (£31,000- £60,000, depending on experience) Professional fees paid: i.e. RCVS/VDS Paid Subscriptions: i.e. BSAVA Holiday entitlement: 224 hours rising to 264 hours Holiday. Birthday off (if rota allows) Pension: Contributory pension scheme. Pension Tier 2 - 3% employer, 5% Employee. 1.0% of your qualifying earnings until 6 April 2018 rising to 2.0% until 6 April 2019 then rising to 3.0%.
