The current Caretaker is retiring, so this is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, valued position. Youll be supporting 162 Almshouses across 14 estates in the London Borough of Richmond, helping ensure residents live in safe, well-maintained and welcoming surroundings.

What youll be getting stuck into as Caretaker / Handyperson
1. Carrying out weekly inspections across 14 estates and maintaining accurate logs
2. Undertaking first-line repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrics and general maintenance
3. Managing and coordinating two part-time Assistants
4. Keeping communal areas, paths, lighting and external spaces safe and presentable
