A National and Customer focused Housing Developer are looking for a sales advisor for a traditional new build site in Coventry.
Job Duties:
1. Manage the sales office and process for all customers for the development
2. Offer progression opportunities within the business
Required Qualifications:
3. Driving Licence
4. New build homes sales experience
5. Sales Negotiation skills
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in new build housing sales
Knowledge and Skills:
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good IT skills
8. Sales negotiation
9. Knowledge of new homes
Working Conditions:
Site office based
