Role
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, youll be the person making things happen across their commercial departments. It is a busy, hands-on role where you will take ownership for Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue, making sure everyone is pulling in the same direction. Driving the brand to ensure every experience leaves with a world-class impression of what they do.
Responsibilities
Liaise with Senior Leadership to build and deliver a commercial roadmap that hits targets and stays on budget.
Lead and mentor the Sales, Marketing, Events, and Revenue teams focusing on personal growth, whilst building a great team culture.
Drive new revenue, as well as nurturing key long-term accounts.
Represent the organisation at industry trade shows and events, hosting press trips and client showcases (includes some international travel).
Take ownership of the marketing budget and work closely with the GM to keep forecasts accurate and up to date.
Oversee the brand from digital campaigns and advertising, making sure their online reputation remains top class.
Stay updated on market trends and what the competition is doing, pivoting our strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
Essential Criteria
3 years solid experience in a Sales Management role, ideally within a fast-paced hospitality or premium service background.
Industry knowledge and experience on how to navigate the unique challenges of a high end destination.
Great Communicator, with excellent written and verbal English comfortably whether youre writing a proposal or presenting to the team.
Take Ownership ,You have the experience to back up your commercial decisions and lead a team with confidence.
A valid driving licence is a must, as youll be out and about representing the brand
