Key responsibilities:
* Ensure meters checks are done daily.
* Liaising with energy suppliers to gather relevant sales information.
* Supporting Objections and Go Live with administration.
* Process Zeus enquiries and Info requests within agreed timescales.
* Answering general enquiries over the phone as well as via email.
* Liaise with suppliers for any missing information not provided.
* Ensure all information sent out is accurate and meets Quality audit.
* Ensure all trackers and spreadsheets are up to date and accurate.
* Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
* Necessary MI and stats.
* Keeping up to date with procedures within the office.
* Any ad hoc requests as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience and confidence in telephone call handling.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience using the Microsoft package including Outlook, databases, Word and Excel.
* Able to work in a fast paced and deadline focused environment.
* Attention to detail required.
* Good organisational skills.
* Flexible/adaptable to working approach and can remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to work as part of a team, but also show individual accountability.
* Willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to take on and accept responsibility.
