Your Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Management team to define the go‑to‑market Emerging Tech consultancy service and be part of the go‑to‑market team to sell these services to our FS clients.
* Lead the implementation of Emerging Tech services for our clients by engaging with senior stakeholders and help them safely adopt Emerging Tech and AI technologies.
* Provide guidance and input into internal projects that are building Emerging Tech assets, applying architecture and engineering best practices and demonstrating these practices through implementation.
Skills & Attributes for Success
* A natural technical leader proficient in explaining Emerging Tech to financial services clients, including non‑technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders, collaborating to solve complex technical situations.
* Identifying opportunities for and securing new business, including leading proposals and bid teams.
* Capability to direct a delivery team in all aspects of Emerging Tech, engaging with client stakeholders to oversee implementation progress.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in the software engineering industry and/or in a Technology Consulting domain.
* Previous experience working within financial services.
* Referenceable experience in leading and delivering large‑scale transformation programs to achieve significant cost‑take‑out targets, with journey & process improvement at the core through use of Data and AI powered Automation technology capabilities.
* Experience in facing off with CIO, CSO and CDO to help them with key messaging to unlock organizational bottlenecks.
* Experience leading the sales cycle for target clients and transitioning into a delivery lead role as the key senior resource on the ground for day‑to‑day client management.
* Experience in client delivery in the automation space involving API‑first, RPA (Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere), Auto‑ML platforms, NLP solutions, document digitisation, process mining, and workflow‑based solutions.
* Deep experience in component‑based & event‑based architecture using messaging technologies such as Kafka, and design patterns for data security, information security and failure recovery.
* Proven people‑management skills and experience leading teams.
* Experience owning business cases from ideation to delivery, stabilisation and value realization, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
