Role Overview
Facilities Manager – Oversees day‑to‑day operations of one or more sites, ensuring contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements. Acts as the operational lead, resolving issues swiftly to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient facility environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities services across single or multiple sites
* Ensure all services are delivered in line with legal, regulatory, statutory, and client requirements
* Act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day operational issues, responding promptly and professionally
* Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance across all service areas
* Ensure sites operate efficiently while meeting all contractual obligations
Qualifications
* Solid general education and a relevant qualification in Facilities Management
* Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
* Demonstrated commitment to excellence and a customer‑focused approach
