In this role no two days are the same. You don't need to have previous recruitment experience, although it will be a 'nice to have', we hire based on character. What you will have is an aptitude for sales and/or business development, be curious, high-performing and ambitious. You will be able to demonstrate commitment and success in a previous role.
You'll enjoy meeting clients and be an advisor and trusted partner to some of the world's (and UK's) biggest brands. With a strong presence in the UK and worldwide, our consultants combine local market expertise with global insight to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
