As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated cleaner to join our team and help maintain and enhance our growing portfolio of properties.
Role Overview: We are looking for a regular cleaner to join our team, carrying out weekly cleans of property communal areas, plus ad-hoc end of tenancy changeovers on both individual ensuite rooms, and also some entire rental homes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties are maintained efficiently and to a high standard. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our operations, and the right individual must be proactive, reliable, and flexible, with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out general cleaning duties across residential properties as necessary. Manage and maintain equipment, inventory and supplies to ensure they are in good working order. Liaise with the property management team to coordinate schedules and priorities. Report maintenance issues to the office. Working on a rota system, as this is a job share, working as part of a team with others, and you will be required to cover eachothers holidays and sicknesses.
Essential Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning. Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle as the role requires pick up and drop off of laundry THIS IS ESSENTIAL MUST have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to a high standard. Ability to work independently and efficiently, and to use one's own initiative. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
