We are looking for apassionate and proactive Supported Housing Worker to join a dedicated team delivering vital services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role is essential in providing safe, high-quality amodation and support to those who need it most.
Your new role
Working pattern of Tuesday – Saturday.
1. Deliver a high-quality “off the street” amodation service for individuals rough sleeping within Exeter.
2. Progress and track referrals into the service.
3. Build positive and effective working relationships with relevant agencies.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
5. Take part in rostered systems of working between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM, including weekends as required.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Strong understanding of the root causes of homelessness and social exclusion.
7. Excellentmunication and organisational skills.
8. Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
9. Essential:A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Business insurance for work-related travel.
