The team advises predominantly high-net-worth individuals (typically with assets between £5m-£20m) across a wide range of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Lifetime and succession planning
* Estate administration
* Creation, administration, and winding up of trusts
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to deliver tailored, strategic advice and to build long-standing, trusted relationships.The RoleThe successful candidate will:
* Manage a varied caseload of private wealth matters independently
* Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients, many of whom may be navigating sensitive or challenging circumstances
* Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team
* Play an active role in business development and marketing initiatives

Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking:
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private wealth / private client law
* Ideally 4-7 years' experience managing a caseload independently
* Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning
* Excellent communication skills, with empathy and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
* An interest in business development and helping grow the team's profile
