We re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Governance and Risk team at Aspris, supporting the delivery of high-quality education through our Education Service Delivery Model. This remote-based role, with weekly travel to schools or colleges, reports directly to the Head of Quality Education and plays a pivotal part in driving excellence across our Specialist Schools. As a Quality and Governance Advisor, you will: Provide assurance and expert support for operational quality and safety across a portfolio of schools. Deliver coaching, guidance and auditing to help services meet and exceed the standards set out in the ESDM. Work responsively and proactively with Senior Leadership Teams, helping them to embed best practices and continuously improve the quality of education and care. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation and impact, supporting schools to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people. We are looking for: Specialist in SEND provision and inclusion, with a strong understanding of diverse learner needs. Experienced across multiple Key Stages, with a proven ability to lead and support effectively. Holds relevant professional qualifications educated to degree level or equivalent. NPQSL, NPQH, or NPQEL preferred. Demonstrates the ability to lead whole-school or system-wide initiatives, with clear evidence of impact at both local and multi-school levels. IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems; able to analyse and use data to drive improved outcomes for settings and young people. Trained in safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) 2024/25; Level 5 training available upon appointment. Strong operational understanding of regulatory standards, including Ofsted. Familiarity with the Independent School Standards is advantageous but not essential. Understands key measures of service effectiveness, including standards, evidence, assessment, outcomes, and feedback from young people and families. Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and consistently meet agreed deadlines. Acts as a role model, demonstrating commitment, belief, and aspiration for the service and its values.
