South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking a Health Link Events Co-ordinator to plan community health day events across South West London. The role involves coordinating with NHS partners, community organizations, and volunteers to enhance health outcomes for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
The successful candidate will be empathetic, a skilled communicator, and have experience managing multiple priorities. This 12-month fixed-term contract is based primarily in Twickenham with occasional travel across various boroughs.
