Job Description We are looking for a highly capable and resourceful People Business Partner to support our EUAA (Europe & Canada) operations. Based in either the UK or Germany, this role will serve as a key on-the-ground People team presence, managing People programs and employee relations across the region with a focus on UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy as well as Canada. This is a hands-on role combining People Team site leadership, local employment compliance, and employee lifecycle support. You’ll act as the first point of contact for employee matters, delivering consistent People practices across offices and remote teams. You’ll also liaise with global People centers of excellence in areas like Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Relations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the regional People Business Partner for our five European countries: UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain as well as Canada. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on People policy, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day support. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment practices in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy ; manage or coordinate with local counsel as needed. Lead or support People processes such as onboarding, offboarding, absence management, engagement initiatives, and local compensation/benefits coordination. Partner with global People Team colleagues to implement People programs and policies across EUAA. Identify and deliver localized training based on regional needs and global goals. Support workforce planning, employment documentation, contract reviews, and immigration coordination. Create and tailor employee communications to suit local audiences, ensuring clarity and cultural relevance while maintaining consistency with global messaging. Help develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Drive operational excellence by improving processes, ensuring documentation is audit-ready, and building local HR capabilities.
