Responsibilities:
Providing note-taking support to students living with disabilities or mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Producing accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group tasks
* Reviewing notes at the end of lectures and ensuring they are in a suitable format for student access
* Maintaining professionalism and a respectful relationship with students
* Acting in the best interests of learners while adhering to institutional policies
You will work closely with Randstad to meet individual student needs and ensure concerns are addressed promptly. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times is essential, sharing relevant information with Randstad to provide the best support.
Requirements:
* Good typing skills
* Accurate spelling and grammar
* Punctuality and reliability
* Ability to work quickly under time restrictions
* Good organizational and time management skills
