What You’ll Be Doing:
* Typing and amending a variety of legal documents with precision
* Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments efficiently
* Opening, maintaining, and closing client files
* Drafting letters, presentations, and key documentation
* Organizing internal and external meetings
* Providing high-level PA and administrative support
* Monitoring and actioning email correspondence
* Supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a legal support or legal admin role
* Fast, accurate typing and document handling skills
* A highly organized, methodical approach to work
* Able to use initiative and work independently
* A team player with a "can-do" attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, client-focused manner
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
