We are working with a Real Estate, Asset Management and FM services business, our client owns and operates multiple commercial properties across the UK. As part of a major investment plan they are developing a national IFM strategy.

We are have been engaged to appoint a senior lead to drive and develop a robust Facilities Management road map. Key areas of accountabilities include.

* Develop and implement a comprehensive, long-term Facilities Management strategy aligned with the organization's strategic business plan and growth projections.
* Oversee all capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, including new construction, major renovations, and office expansions, acting as the primary client representative.
* Lead the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for all facilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
* Conduct long-range space planning, utilization analysis, and asset management to optimize the value and functionality of the property portfolio.
* Direct all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural systems, and utilities, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
* Manage and lead the delivery of essential support services, such as security, cleaning, catering, landscaping, waste disposal, mail, and reception.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
* Develop and implement robust emergency response and business continuity plans for all facility-related incidents.
* Oversee all procurement and contract management activities for facilities services, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Lead the development and enforcement of all organizational Health and Safety policies and procedures across all sites.
* Manage risk mitigation strategies related to facility operations, building integrity, and occupant safety.


We are looking for a professional, client facing and strategic leader, you must have delivered FM services at a senior level. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and lead an IFM strategy.
