Responsibilities
* Assist with daily operations across various departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house tasks.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas, guest rooms, and staff facilities.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
* Support the hotel team with set-up and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment is handled safely.
* Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues to management promptly.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with janitorial duties, including cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team.
