We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable First Aid Instructor to join our team. Duties
* Conduct comprehensive first aid training sessions for various audiences, including schools, community groups, and corporate clients.
* Develop and maintain training materials that are up-to-date with current first aid guidelines and best practices.
* Demonstrate effective behaviour management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment.
* Utilise strong presentation skills to engage participants and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
* Assess participant understanding through practical demonstrations and written evaluations.
* Provide feedback and support to learners, helping them improve their first aid skills.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance training programmes and share best practices.
* Stay informed about advancements in first aid techniques and regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in teaching or instructing, particularly in first aid or related fields.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
* Proficient IT skills for managing training records and creating instructional materials.
* Exceptional organisational skills to plan sessions efficiently and manage multiple training schedules.
* A solid understanding of behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
