We are seeking a kind, patient, and compassionate individual to work one-on-one with our daughter, who is autistic and has communication challenges. The primary focus of this role is to support her in her academic learning in a gentle and engaging manner that suits her unique learning style.
This role may be ideal for:

* Experienced tutors or teachers
* Anyone with a calm demeanor and a passion for helping children with special needs
Responsibilities:
* Provide academic support in subjects appropriate to a 1st-2nd grade level
* Use creative, visual, and sensory-friendly teaching methods
* Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment
* Be flexible and adapt to her pace and preferred learning style
* Support her in building confidence and comfort in communication
Requirements:
* Genuine patience and understanding of children with autism
* Previous experience with children (experience with special needs is a plus)
* Willingness to learn and adjust based on her individual needs
* Excellent communication with parents
* Commitment to consistent scheduling
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in education, psychology, or related field
* Experience with non-verbal or minimally verbal children
* School referral if you are a student
Schedule & Compensation:
* Part-time (flexible hours to be discussed)
* Competitive hourly rate based on experience
