We are seeking a Fundraising Manager - Major Gifts for a global organization supporting women and girls. Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, this role focuses on managing relationships and cultivating prospective major donors of mid to high wealth.
The role involves collaboration across programme and communications teams to share impactful stories and promote the charity's work. Willingness to travel for donor meetings and events is essential.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, donor-focused, results-driven, and passionate about empowering women and girls worldwide.
Key requirements include:
* Experience in business development within the third sector or corporate background, with knowledge of mid-high net worth individuals
* Strong record-keeping and communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills
