This role needs an experienced operator who understands the London market, can maximise commercial opportunities and be the face of the business.

High-end but high-volume
Team of 140 including up to 15 managers
Turnover of at least £9m per year

What We're Looking For:
Strong background in high-end, contemporary restaurants
New opening experience is a big advantage
Genuine love for hospitality – guest-focused, energetic and calm under pressure
Good understanding of Asian cuisine at a premium level
Commercially confident with P&L and systems
A strong communicator, hands-on operator and team motivator
