Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for a Senior Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50 - £48.89 per hour
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour
The role is for 3 months with potential to extend.
Responsibilities as a Senior Childcare Solicitor:
* Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
* Managing complex childcare proceedings, including safeguarding and welfare disputes
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, reports, and court applications
* Advising families, local authorities, and other stakeholders on childcare matters
* Supporting junior team members and guiding legal strategies
* Able to do advocacy when needed
