What you’ll do as our CBT Recruit to Train Practitioner: Train as a CBT therapist through the CYP-IAPT Recruit to Train route Balance academic learning with supervised clinical practice Work with a small CBT caseload of children and young people Contribute positively to the Calderdale Therapeutic Team What you’ll bring as our CBT Recruit to Train Practitioner: Some existing knowledge or experience of cognitive and/or behavioural therapy A collaborative, compassionate and proactive approach Commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice Minimum two years’ post-qualification experience with children and young people (three–four via KSA route) Degree-level study (Level 6) or willingness to complete an entry essay if no degree If you’re ready to train as a CBT therapist and make a meaningful impact as part of a team transforming mental health support, we’d love to hear from you.
