Part‑Time Branch Administrator
We are looking for a Part‑Time Branch Administrator who will support the branch by contributing to its financial performance.
Main Duties Include
* Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for
* Ensure missing notes and POD’s are investigated and replacements obtained if required
* Balance branch till daily ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
* Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily
* Forward till reports to Head Office and update banking template
* Allocate pay later notes
* Monitor unpaid cash sale reports, escalating any discrepancies or queries
* Ensuring any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manor
* Running the weekly account statements and ensure these are up to date
* Ensuring staff accounts are up to date
* Monitor and analyse the age debt report
* Allocate customer payments whilst ensuring monies are banked daily
* Updating customer notes with detail as and when required
* Monitor and review customer credit limits
* Dealing with general customer queries either face to face or over the telephone
Working Hours
25 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working. Shift pattern to be agreed with Branch Manager.
As a Branch Administrator, you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast‑paced sales‑driven environment.
