The Role
You’llimpactall aspects of centre performance, including:
* Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
* Maximisingprofitability through debt and revenue managementandoptimising staff efficiency
* Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
* Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
* Leading, coaching anddevelopingyourTutor team to deliver outstandinglearning experiences formembers
* Championing safeguardingbyprioritising the safety and wellbeingofevery child in your care

Logistics
Location: You will be based at either one of our Beaconsfield or high Wycombe Explore Learning centres full-time.
Starting salary: £27,000PA salary depending on experience.
*Those working at centres in the London area will receive anadditionaluplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3505 due to London weighting.
Contract: Full-time, fixed term contract (covering maternity), commencing September 2026
Working Hours: a typicalweek*:
Tuesday 11am-8pm
Wednesday 11am-8pm
Thursday 11am-7pm
Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
