Document Controller Role - 4Projects/ Viewpoint Full-time, permanent role Location: 5 days a week in the office, in Hillingdon 4 Projects/ Viewpoint experience is needed Key Responsibilities Upload, download & tag metadata, and link documents using 4 Projects/ Viewpoint to control distribution. Ensure the project team uses the latest drawings, technical specifications, and documents to prevent errors. Ensure all documentation adheres to company, client, and statutory regulations (including ISO standards). Review documentation for accuracy, numbering, and labelling standards. Create, organize, and archive project records, including preparing documentation for final handover. Act as the central point of contact between project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
