Your new role
As an merce Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product discovery, strategy, development, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Product DiscoveryAnalyse user behaviour and website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.Leverage data from multiple channels to understand customer journeys and propose enhancements.Conductpetitor analysis, market research, and merce reviews to generate innovative ideas.
2. Product StrategyContribute to the merce Product Roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with digital targets, OKRs, and KPIs.Forecast costs and revenue benefits to ensure maximum value delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to secure buy-in for new initiatives.Define clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
3. Product DevelopmentWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features on time and within budget.Partner with designers and developers to create intuitive, visually appealing user experiences.Conduct usability testing and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Align product development withmercial objectives.
4. Continuous ImprovementManage digital propositions and collaborate with third-party providers for product enhancements.Validate released features and identify optimisation opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Proven experience in merce product management and digital product lifecycle.
6. Familiarity with agile squads and scrum methodology.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
